Try this place called Kempings Nemo on Atbals Iela street. Great place to set your tent. I found it cause I wanted to stay outside Riga last year, and so I went to the beach at Jurmala and bumped into this site. For 3L per person per tent I stayed a few nights there. It's more of a family type place. Bring your kids .
